Patty our COO leads the business with a passion for helping others succeed, dedication and attention to detail. She brings 28 years of dental experience to DPE. After graduating from Concord Career College, she worked chairside as a lead assistant for twelve years. Caring for patients was and still is her passion. Her kindness, compassion, and skill took her to the top during her time as a dental assistant.

On the first day training in a dental practice she began billing dental insurance. At one point in her career she was a dental claims processor with a large dental insurance company but soon realized – a cubicle was not for her. Being cross trained she shifted to administration management becoming the office manager, while still the lead dental assistant. Her most memorable success was leading the practice to increase production by thirty thousand dollars a month one month after system implementation. Her high energy, motivation, and positive attitude has been a great attribute to her career.

When she is not working – she is enjoying her life with her husband, she loves the beach, movies, motorcycle rides and spending time her three adult children and two granddaughters.
